Derpartment for
prototypes and samples
Highly qualified team creates cutting plan and optimizing the lay out. Arranging and plotting markers for cutting and also checking details and consumptions of all materials. Carry out the procedure for calculating the parameters of the given model, detect and correct any error in the event of non-compliance. After confirmation that the prototype meets the exact measures it is submitted to the next stages of production.
Cutting room
It has two compartments and trained professionals that ensure productivity, accuracy and consistency in the cutting.
Includes CAD-CAM systems GERBER and LECTRA – two cutters and two Kannegiesser fusing machines.
Sewing Department
Sewing department is equipped with modern machines by the latest technology in the garment industry.
Pressing Department
After passing through the departments for cutting and sewing, follow finishing procedures necessary to achieve the perfect level by the standards of the foreign markets.
Warehouse
This is the place where garments are packed and stored before the shipment.
