This department has a key role in the design of products requested by the customer – making prototypes/samples by sketch and technical description; checking patterns and specify the model for production. This involves appropriate selection of process steps depending on the equipment, type and complexity of the style. Choosing processes including various operations – manual, machine and semi-automated. Prepare or verify consumption rates for all materials.
It has two compartments and trained professionals that ensure productivity, accuracy and consistency in the cutting.
Includes CAD-CAM systems GERBER and LECTRA – 5 cutters and 4 Kannegiesser fusing machines.
